1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Feeding bottles, breast pumps, and other items that come into direct contact with a baby
- Nutrition/food products (Maternity Nutrition Food, Healthy Mom Food Pack, etc.)
- Undergarments and intimate maternity wear
2. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email support@kindergartenbd.com or call +880 1888-738442 with your order number.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or ask you to courier the item back.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- bKash/Nagad payments: refunded to the same account within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bKash/Nagad, or store credit — your choice.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is treated as a standard return (see above).
6. Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind after the 3-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Missing original packaging or tags
